What a nightmare !!! So when we moved, we decided to rent out our old house. It so happened that the daughter of an old friend of papa, needed a place to stay, she had been transferred to a university here. After a couple of months, a friend moved in and rented another room and last but not least, another person moved in about 8 mos ago.
Having renters is a pain in the a$$, I can tell you that !! Long story short, the girls moved out in Feb and March. The first one moved back home, she was the most responsible and the cleanest........................you know where this is going.......the second girl moved out, now this was the one where her daddy paid her rent and generally was clueless what his little girl was up to..................she had the master bath and bed room, let me tell you that bathroom was so disgusting !!! She moved out her stuff (not by the end of the month but the 6th of April, should have been out already) but left the bed. She was supposed to pick it up in the afternoon, called me to say she wouldn't be there until 10 pm and ended up calling me at 12.20 am that she was there to pick up the bed. Yes people, 12.20 in the morning/night...............................now I know for sure she was smoking crack.......she did not see why we were upset...................OMG
The last one..................well, he was supposed to stay another month, heard through the grapevine he was moving out Friday, asked him about it and he said yes, that was it................................okayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Now this guy had a long haired cat and never used the vacuum cleaner, the cat had a problem with hairballs.................do I need to say more ???
He actually ahd the balls to say "didn't I do a good job cleaning?"
I went off like a rocket......................a$$wipe...............whatttayamean CLEAN...................
There is a special place for people that pull this kind of stuff.........................................Karma is a bitch people, you shall find out !!!!!!!!!!!!!
The new renter is someone we know, we went lower on the rent, since she offered to clean everything and her brother is going to screen in the porch and front entrance.
This weekend they already have been over cleaning their little hearts out.............good deal. Wednesday we are having the carpet professionally cleaned.
She is going to be renting the house, so no more electric bill for us. I am going to have to clean out the one room and one closet, but she will let me keep my totes in the garage ( my foster totes, easy access, hihi)
Her son is so excited, same age as my girls, and they get along really well.
We'll keep our fingers crossed !!!!
