And crummy mom that I am, I am just now posting about it ! We had laid back birthday weekend and on Sunday ( her actual birthday) Her friend came over, papa took the girls ice skating, while I went to the latin supermarket to get the ribs she wanted for dinner.
Back home, I made her cake...............yes people.............okay, I bought a plain cake and decorated it with strawberries, then drizzled condensed milk over the whole thing. A spin off "tres leches" she loved it !
After dinner we had the cake, and I was so busy, that apparently there were 12 candles on her cake.................on the package it said 10, so I just put all of them, without counting. Oh well, 2 to grow on I guess !
